Olympus TOUGH Obstacle Course + New PEN E-PL1 Camera
Video by: Cameratown
The Olympus booth at PMA was set up as a camera obstacle course in order to demonstrate the unique features of the TOUGH series. The course consisted of a 6' drop test, pressure "Torture" chamber, fish tank full of cold water and ice cubes, and a larger fish take to demonstrate picture taking under water.
The video also includes an overview of the new Olympus PEN E-PL1, the new low-cost compact camera with interchangeable lenses and large Four-Thirds image sensor. In the video, Olympus shows us how large this sensor is in relation to the typical sensor found in other compact cameras.
